In the first two parts of the exhibitions we had a glimpse of the artists’ point of view on natural beauty and the cityscape (1st part) and then on today’s society and the concerns that it gives birth to in the artist’s mind (2nd part).
In this dynamic 3rd part, the concerns become more intense and the (city) landscape darkens. However, the atmosphere is balanced by photographs and works with lively, sarcastic mood, as well as by small functional sculptures.
Litrivi believes that the financial and cultural crisis that we are going through can act as an incubator of new artistic trends and along the way of different perspectives and values, with art as the catalyst. For this reason it proposes a variety of works of art, in mostly affordable prices, as an answer to the consideration of art as luxury.
